Encourage Others: Help Them Find His Way

Once you’ve shared His Way, encourage others to explore it. Not through pressure or argument—through patient invitation and loving example.

“You are the light of the world. A city located on a hill can’t be hidden. Even so, let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.” - Matthew 5:14-16

How to Encourage

Be Patient

Not everyone will accept His Way immediately. Some need time. Some need to see it lived out. Be patient.

“A servant of the Lord must not quarrel, but must be gentle toward all, able to teach, patient, in gentleness correcting those who oppose him.” - 2 Timothy 2:24-25

Live It Out

The most powerful encouragement is your example. When people see you:

  • Serving the poor
  • Forgiving debts and offenses
  • Living simply
  • Showing mercy
  • Loving enemies

…they see His Way in action. Your life becomes the invitation.

Answer Questions

When people ask about His Way, be ready to answer:

  • Point them to the teachings at 4qq.org
  • Share what you’ve learned
  • Be honest about your own journey
  • Don’t claim to have all the answers

Don’t Coerce

We invite, not demand. We model, not mandate. Jesus didn’t force anyone to follow him—he invited them.

“Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest.” - Matthew 11:28

  • Wait - Let the Holy Spirit work

  • Read the teachings together
  • Discuss what they’re learning
  • Support each other
  • Take action together

“For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them.” - Matthew 18:20

When They’re Hesitant

Some people will be hesitant. That’s okay.

If They’re Skeptical

Don’t argue. Just invite them to read the teachings for themselves. Let Jesus’ words speak.

If They’re Busy

Share 4qq.org. It’s there when they’re ready.

If They Disagree

That’s their choice. Keep living His Way. Your life is your testimony. Maybe they’ll come around later.

If They’re Hostile

Love them anyway. That’s His Way.

“Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you.” - Matthew 5:44

Your Role

You’re not responsible for converting anyone. That’s the Holy Spirit’s work. Your job is to:

  1. Share - Tell them about His Way
  2. Invite - Point them to 4qq.org
  3. Model - Live it out
  4. Encourage - Support those who are interested
  5. Pray - Pray for them

The results are not up to you. Be faithful to share and encourage—and leave the rest to God.

  • Follow up with people you’ve shared with
  • Offer to read the teachings together with someone
  • Gather with others to discuss His Way

  • Be patient with those who are hesitant

  • Keep living it out
